Morni Hills as Small Planet with Photoshop

Today, I thought of trying the Small Planet Effect in Photoshop. I got inspired by my friend Anvar’s Picture and thought on giving it a try myself. I lacked the perfect picture so I had to stitch a few pictures to get one for the Morni Hills. It wasn’t proper but still worth a first try.

This effect is quite simple
1. Select the perfect picture
2. Re-size it to similar proportions – a aquare
3. Invert it to 180 degrees
4. Apply the Polar Coordinate Filter
5. Apply the Unsharp Mask Filter
6. Done. Cheers!
